NB 6.0 Quality Criteria

Technology Preview / Early Access Release QC

• Showstopper bugs must be fixed

Beta Release QC

• All P1 and certain number of P2 bugs must be fixed or waived
  • Open P2s for Beta1. Target 200, Boundary 350. See below a distribution among teams.
  • All P2 fixed or waived for Beta 2

High Resistance (Entry) QC

• Critical To Quality (CTQ) areas have to reach there limits, see below.
• Overal Open P3s must be between Target 3200 and Boundary 4500. The numbers are distributed per teams, see below
• All P1, P2, P3 bugs must be evaluated
• All bugs must be evaluated before submitting for waive request

Code Freeze (Entry) - FCS QC

• All P1 bugs must be fixed (not waived)
• All P2 bugs must be fixed or waived
• All P2 bugs reported after cutoff date must be evaluated for showstopper status
• All bugs must be evaluated before submitting for waive request
