Hierarchy Viewer

A user starts JavaFX 2.0 application in Debug. In addition to the standard debugging info there will be a hierarchy view displaying the used scenegraph in hierarchical view with possibility to retrieve pixel perfect rendering of the application window and highlight a selected component via an overlay in that rendering.

Also, a user will be able to inspect various properties of the selected node. It might be considered to provide additional performance properties (rendering time etc.) if it won't hurt performance much.

Requires support from the scenegraph: RT-10638 (umbrella)

Might depend on GUI Debugger framework if it is going to be implemented for 7.1
