Working on PHP parser, expecting to have something that can be built on in 1-2 days.
Work on Projects area can start ASAP. Work on editor can start when the
infrastructure is ready.
Builds by RE usable for testing expected early next week.

Continuing to work on web docs. Question about context help - when in build? Answer
- this is not required for the April release. Web docs more important. Also,
the UI will keep changing.
