What do I need for Mercurial in NetBeans?

You need to have your own mercurial client installed!

  • NetBeans IDE 6.0:
  • Select Tools > Update Center from the main menu. Download the Mercurial module listed in the Version Control category.
  • NetBeans IDE >= 6.1: the Mercurial module is already included in the standard distribution, enjoy!
