What does "InstanceNotFoundException: MBean instance not found" mean on deployment?

Why do I sometimes get an excepetion on deployment saying: javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException: MBean instance not found ?

When I create a new Synchronous sample application, start the Application Server, and deploy the application, I then start a debug session and set a breakpoint in the BPEL source. The result is that IDE closes but three java processes are still working. It takes them a long time to complete. If I start the IDE before these processes complete, the Java System Application Server will appear as if it is working, but the JBI server will not be alive. Any attempt to deploy any application ends with message cited above.

Answer: This might occur if the application you deploy is running on a slower machine
