Would NetBeans consider a commercial support agreement with us for a particular version of the IDE?


Commercial technical support: Yes, the Oracle commercial Developer Tools Support offering also covers the NetBeans IDE.

Free community support: In general, support questions concerning the IDE are answered for free on the NetBeans mailing lists, but no guarantee is offered as to the veracity or promptness of anyone's answer (whether by Sun employees or community members).
