Overview

There are two major packages of the NetBeans. Sources of the packages are located in the Fedora Package Database:

• netbeans - NetBeans Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
• netbeans-platform -- NetBeans Platform

All internal dependencies between both netbeans and netbeans-platform packages, and their subpackages are explained on the UML Diagram.

There is a set of the packages providing some peculiar functionality especially for the NetBeans:

• netbeans-svnclientadapter -- Subversion Client Adapter
• netbeans-javaparser -- NetBeans Java Parser
• netbeans-resolver -- Resolver subproject of xml-commons patched for NetBeans

There is a set of the packages that have been included into the Fedora Package Database additionally to already existing ones to resolve dependencies that are necessary for Small IDE Configuration:

• appframework -- Swing Application Framework
• beansbinding -- Beans Binding (JSR 295) reference implementation
• freemarker -- FreeMarker template engine
• ini4j -- Java API for handling files in Windows .ini format
