How can I enable logging of CachedRowSet statements?

Sometimes we need to see what kind of SQL statements are being executed and when.

To log CachedRowSet statements (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), set the "printStatements" property of the CachedRowSet. Execution of the SQL statements will be logged in server.log, and you'll be able to see

   * when a query is executed, including its actual SELECT statement and any input parameters
   * what actually happens within acceptChanges(), including every update or delete of a row
