How do I track JDBC calls with MySQL?

To track JDBC calls and SQL statements executed by the driver at the database, update the Url property for your datasource with parameters/properties that tell MySQL to generate debugging information. For example:

See your deployment container's log to find out which particular SQL statement is being executed. This could help identify performance issues with your application, or give clues if your application is not working correctly.

For designtime JDBC calls, the debugging information is sent to the IDE log.

For more information, see the MysQL Reference Manual section on Driver/Datasource Class Names, URL Syntax and Configuration Properties for Connector/J.
