Steps to answer questions in Queryzilla

1. Questions are submitted into Queryzilla
2. Mail is sent to jf4j-at-japan-dot-sun-dot-com
3. Engineer answer questions when it's for owned files (self claiming)
4. Answering engineer do the following steps:
   1. Change status to RESOLVED/FIXED
   2. Input answers as comment
