NetBeans IDE is internationalized, and it's ready to start to translate in your language. The web-based translation tool CTI (Community Translation Interface) is ready to use.

The CTI is a web-based translation tool. You don't have to take care of file format nor special syntax, you can translate the strings in the NetBeans GUI on the web browser.
All communication through the mailing list dev@translatedfiles.netbeans.org. You and your team start translation as follows. Or you can join the translation project in case your language has already started to translate. Once translation is ready to be integrated for testing, you can simply ask the mailing list to integrate your translation. So then, the build is available from the Update Center.
Once the build is ready, you can keep editing or updating your translation till you and your team decide "IT'S READY TO RELEASE!!". You can always ask the mailing list to update the NetBeans with your updated translation.
The translation will be available on the NetBeans Update Center for users!
