I prepared entire l10n-kit for 5.5.1,

So if you need to update some existing translations but those are not in 5.5.1 diff l10n-kit, please use the l10n-kit.

1. localize http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/attach/TFNb551L10nKit/nb551_ui.zip first 

      which contains only update files

2. If you want to modify existing localized strings, please pick up entire l10n-kit 

      e.g. http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/attach/TFNb551L10nKit/omegat%2Bnb551-l10nkit-ui-split.zip

3. Use same TM and translate them
