About Myself ::
- I am a final year student of Computer Science and Engineering , pursuing my B.Tech from Heritage Institute Of Technology , Kolkata ,India.
- I am interested in Java, Unix and Open Source Development.
- I like Unix system administration , application development and developing windowing system.
Relationship with NetBeans IDE ::
- I am a fan of NetBeans IDE , specially I like the plugin structure i.e here everything is added as a module.
- My first java program , just printing a 'hello world' was written in this IDE (NetBeans 5.5) and till date I have written hundreds of programs here.I just love it.
- Recently I have started developing a Netbeans module and designed one for linux system administration.
About my project ::
Virtual Terminal :
Virtual Terminal is a plugin for linux system administration. This is basically an attempt to provide a GUI for performing various administrative jobs which require command line user interaction. If you use this plugin , only mouse click would be enough for performing those jobs.
