- Resposibilities:
- TM clean-up before the translation.
- WS tasks: TM, filter, files uploading, and run projects.
- Negotiate with different parties and community resources; set up connections between them.
- Make translation, review, testing and release schedules.
- WS training to SLS team and community reviewers: workflow, desktop workbench, TM searching and modification, etc.
- Ensure each party finish their work on schedule.
- Integration and ask for daily build.

- Resposibilities:
- Set up new cost models and reviewer account.
- File PO, invoicing in WS.
- Translate MSG properties and MSG HTML and deliver them back on time according to the schedule.
- Follow the instructions of Sun zh_TW Style Guide and Glossary. (Make sure they are ready to every translator.)
- Ensure the translation quality and keep good communication with technical consultant & reviewers.
- Summarize errors during transaltion, which inherited from old translation.

- Review the finished translation and find bad or wrong translation.
- Answer technical queries from the translators.
- Summarize the glossary and maintain the TM.
