Report Exceptions Life cycle
The document describes supported use cases and states for exception reports.
Exception report states
- OPEN: The exception was just reported by user.
- ISSUE: The report is already mapped to existing IZ issue.
- IGNORE: The exception report missing important info for reproducing the issue and the bug can't be reproduced.
- FIXED: The bug is fixed.
Use cases
- Create new Issuezilla issue from exception report: Go to unmapped reports list and choose report and click enter link.
- Map the report for existing IZ issue
- Mark the issue as IGNORE in case when not enough info is provided
