Database User Research

We are conducting user research to the needs of our users around database tooling.

This research is being conducted in two phases.

• In the first phase, we are doing in-depth interviews with a handful of developers of database applications around the world

• In the second phase, we will use the information from the interviews to inform a survey that we will then send out to a much wider set of developers.

Then there is also of course the basic research of staying tuned into what people are talking about and complaining about on the nbusers list and beyond, as well as our own experience working with these tools.
