Backup Plan for Move of issuezilla's components core/openide to platform
Background
We plan to move issues in core and openide categories to platform category. The reason is simplification and clearer location of issues. More details can be found in document CoreQE Issuezilla And Modules.
Why backup plan
This is backup plan for the case that the CollabNet won't update the issues directly in database. CollabNet has been contacted because the manual update would generate unnecessary thousands of emails. However there wasn't no response for last few weeks. All the issues should be updated till Xmas.
Solution&Schedule
As collabnet is not going to help us with the move we decided to move the issues by hand. We'll move only issues changed in last two years. It means update to 5364. The update will be done by HttpClient.executeMethod call to every issue in the list (in attachment).
