2009-04-21: Wiki and program communication restructuring

As you might have noticed, the NBCD starting page and all the resources linked to from it are undergoing some restructuring. This is mainly happening for the purpose of, here in the NBCD wiki, collecting all the resources and information, all the news entries, posts and content otherwise relevant to NetBeans Community Docs. In near future this should be the primary (and ideally only) official resource for anything related to the project. This is mainly happening in order to keep things a little more concise and reduce the amount of time spent on keeping different media and different means of communication up-to-date and in sync.
